Compounded Medications
Due to the personalized nature of compounded medications, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a medication has been compounded and shipped. This is because:
- Compounded medications are custom-made for each individual patient
- Once compounded, medications cannot be restocked or reused
- We must ensure the safety and integrity of all medications
Before Shipping
If you need to cancel your order before it has been compounded and shipped, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to process a refund, which may be subject to processing fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:
- Replacement of the damaged or incorrect medication
- Refund of the purchase price
- Credit toward future orders
Medical Disqualification
If a licensed provider determines that you do not qualify for treatment after reviewing your health information, you will receive a full refund for any prepaid services or medications.
Side Effects or Adverse Reactions
If you experience side effects or adverse reactions to your medication, please contact your healthcare provider immediately. Refund eligibility in these cases will be evaluated on an individual basis by our medical team.
