1.2 Independent Providers
The Providers accessible through the Services are independent licensed healthcare professionals. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Fifty 410 Health. Your use of the Services creates a provider-patient relationship solely between you and the Provider who evaluates and treats you. - Fifty 410 Health does not manufacture, compound, label, or distribute any medications. All compounding is performed by independently licensed pharmacies.
- The decision to prescribe a compounded medication is made solely by the licensed Provider based on their clinical judgment that a compounded preparation is medically appropriate for you as an individual patient.
- There may be risks, side effects, and limitations associated with compounded medications that differ from those of FDA-approved products.
1.4 No Guarantee of Prescription or Results
Fifty 410 Health does not guarantee that any Provider will prescribe any particular medication or treatment. All prescribing decisions are at the sole discretion of the licensed Provider.
